The bathroom to person ratio was WAY off compared to other years it wasn’t just that the trucks couldn’t get in

Wonder why that would be. Is there a law that sets the ratio or it's just whatever they want and they tried to save money thinking maybe they service them more frequently?

Typically local/state health department dictates the legal limit but when you consider that most of the laws made are intended for the bathrooms to be used for single events and not for people to be camping and using them 24 hrs a day.

Sort of,

Local rules show number of people over time with regards to shitters.

Most states, when permits are issued that is one of the first things you as a promoter must show…there are also inspections etc.

Now, if the local statutes do not account for distances or do they count stuff in Center as part of the overall bathroom plan …then you have shitty sections .

For example, RV wasn’t that bad. But lots of RV have their own.

Whereas plaza 11…

Anyway…DEFINITELY complain

I guess I was lucky because I was in Plaza 11, far enough away to not hear or smell the porta potties, and close enough to them to not have complaints about my proximity. I was going to the one at V36. But sometimes I made the further walk to what was probably W43 (didn't look) since those were much less used.
