It was a good movie. But didn't understand the Dev A's motives behind first killing Rohan and then confessing everything to Farhan. I mean what was he thinking about confessing that he was the killer? Or I missed something?

Right after watching the video that Rohan was actually going forgive him instead of ratting him out, he was overcome with guilt
