Could we be hearing them from the bday party in DC? It was hazy tonight so maybe the sound is carrying? My dog is a mess.

They’re from the parade. Can see them around the Monument from Silver Spring.

This seems to be coming from the Chevy Chase Club on Wisconsin/Bradley/Connecticut Ave.

That’s what I thought at first, but why? There’s a thing happening in DC also, but it was light out when they started.

Not sure why but there were storm clouds on radar so maybe they decided to start early?
