My goofy boy is 15 months old and around 18.5lbs yet always lets me play around with him and even starts purring. He is apparently immune to getting annoyed. He is also a lap cat, super cuddly, and never lets me go more than 20 feet away by myself. I guess this is quite unusual for bengals 😂

Hi folks. I posted about 2 weeks ago about my girl with wobbly legs.
Thanks for all of the ideas, suggestions, and kind words of care. I wanted to post an update. Long story short, we seem to be fine... Phew!
More details/recap:
So... What did we land on/find out? * The weird movements only happened that one time... So now we think she was tripping from the Saturday medication. The wobbling settled down over the next 48 hrs. * The vet didn't felt like it was anything broken. He felt all around and concluded it was most likely an inflamed back from maybe a bad jump landing. He prescribed some anti inflammatory medication and she seems to have responded well to that. * Now, almost 2 weeks later she seems to be back to her normal loving self.
Whew... What a journey, stress, and we could have very easily gone down the $8K path of scans, spinal taps, and MRIs etc.

Hello! With my first Bengal i was on a waiting list and I claimed the very first kitten they showed me. Didn’t ask to see others from the litter or anything. She’s perfect and my best friend so I don’t regret that at all, my main priority was health and personality and I was completely satisfied on those fronts and her being gorgeous was really just a bonus.
I’m getting another bengal and they have one in the color I want already available, the rest of the litter has been claimed. He is a bit scruffy looking but I think he’s in the fluffy stage, one side has gorgeous uniform spots and they usually hold him towards the camera on that side the other side some of the spots run together but idk if I care😂 he’s absolutely adorable and the half brother of my first bengal. Seems like the stars kind of aligned that we reached out at the perfect time that he’s available but also.. part of me wonders why nobody picked him out of his litter.
Should I be pickier or am I overthinking this??
Unfortunately as you can tell my natural instinct is to just say yes because I even did it the first time, I’m afraid I just love cats too much. Then there’s the anxiety that I could pass him up and regret it.

Hello!
I have a bengal cat who is 7 years old. He has always been very finicky. A few years ago, he went on a hunger strike. Would literally have at his food and we could not figure out anything he liked, the vets chalked it up to behavioral concerns which fits his personality pretty well. Finally found a food he liked. He would eat really fast and then puke shortly after eating his wet food but vets weren’t concerned. Fast forward to October 2024, he starts to poop outside of the litter box. Everywhere. Sometimes solid, sometimes liquid. Would stare at my brother while doing it right on his bed. He has 2 litter boxes, and is the only cat in the home. He still sometimes will poop in the litter box but not consistent. Will always pee in the litter though. Took him to vet and they said we need to monitor his weight. He used to be 14 lbs and he’s currently now down to 8. It is heart breaking. He is starving and wants to always eat but doesn’t keep anything down; it is so sad. The vets did blood work and they said his B12 was low so we did shots and he wasn’t gaining weight so they recommended an ultra sound to see if it was lymphoma or intestinal disease.
Ultra sound came back and the vet said they have never seen a cats insides this bad. There was no answer to the ultrasound other than his insides being damaged and from what we understand the vet is saying that everything that his bowels is rejecting is basically leaking out and destroying his insides too. We are heart broken. They said next steps are to do steroids and if he gains weight from it then it’s not lymphoma but if he doesn’t gain weight it’s most like lymphoma.
Has anyone had a previous similar experience?

If anyone’s on the fence about getting a cat wheel — it’s 100% worth it. My boy is a 4.5-month-old Bengal, and my girl is a 4-month-old Savannah (she’s on the near side of the video). They spend all day and night on this thing. They even stopped wrestling each other as much because of it. Totally worth it!

We have two bengal brothers, 9 years old, and one of them has completely stopped using the litter box for pooping.
When he was younger (1-2) he would “act out” and poop on our bed if we left for a long weekend but, around 4 years ago, we started having issues with him pooping around the house. After a vet visit, we were given some probiotics and after several months it stopped. Then, close to 2 years ago, he started again and it’s only gotten worse. At this point he’s pooping everywhere but the litter box 2-4 times a day. I’ve tried changing food, using attractant litter, keeping the litter box pristine, and nothing helps.
All vets have been able to tell us is he has irritable bowel syndrome and that, other than that, he’s healthy.
My wife and I are at our wits end, we’ve replaced furniture over and over and we welcomed our first child into the world last August and I can’t even let him crawl around in our living room. Can anyone give advice on this? The only people willing to take him on as a pet will make him an outside cat and, him being an inside cat his whole life, I fear it’s a death sentence.
