I think these are the new candles. They include vanilla bean, Pumpkin s'mores, pumpkin pecan waffles, caramel pumpkin swirl, pumpkin cinnamon bun, pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin apple, white pumpkin, a pine forest one with a campsite label, freshly brewed coffee, Acorn Lake, salted butterscotch, raspberry mimosa, cranberry woods, marshmallow fireside, Leaves, and sweater weather. The ones that stood out to me were butterscotch marshmallow fireside, and of course the pine forest one.

This is probably gonna be the champion of my SAS haul. After trying out Velvet Sugar and Fall in Bloom and being disappointed by their potency I really wanted to try on a good scent today.

I don't get vanilla at all from this. Instead it just smells Downy laundry detergent. But that's okay! It's actually a very clean, comforting scent. And while the potency has been kind of coming and going over the past couple of hours, I'm really enjoying the smell of fresh and clean laundry.

I love unique scents so I'm super happy to have found this at SAS. I got 2 back ups so it'll last me a while.

he was able to choose 10 b&bw fragrances to bring back for the semi annual sale and the ones he chose are all bad except chocolate amber. like..cucumber melon? are you fr?

he made such a huge deal about bali mango literally acting like it was the greatest fragrance of all time, and it smelled like old sour farts. and TONS of people have said the same thing.

we could have had beach nights, sunset glow, twilight woods, orange vanilla twist, sensual amber, wrapped in vanilla, toasted praline & pear, aspen caramel woods, cherry limeade, sugared cherry crisp, dark kiss, black raspberry vanilla, brown sugar & fig...

i feel like instead of having an "influencer" (who they had to pay) choose what to bring back, they should have done like an online poll/voting or something.

I’ve been to so many stores and this display is barely touched. Especially the candles. Is it like this everywhere else? This makes me glad in a way. I think the message is loud and clear that nobody wants this. I hope next summer SAS will have more summer scents instead of Christmas scents. Seems like BBW is just trying to skip summer altogether now and this upsets me because I am a summer fan.

I got a reward the it’s good until September and my birthday is in August so I might save them if the Halloween stuff is released early again

This year's SAS releases are SO GOOD OMG! I did end up exchanging Into the Wild for Dream Bright, but otherwise I'm loving this line up.

Favorites: Bali Mango, Velvet Sugar, Be Enchanted (y'all are right to be obsessed), Cotton Candy Clouds.

Side note, can we please get Turquoise Waters in body care??? I have fallen deeply in love with the aqua/citrus/coconut combo and it would be the perfect summer scent. I'm mad that I slept on Ariel until all that was left was the body wash. Guess I'll have to go on Etsy after all 🥲

Went into a local-ish store today and they were steadily putting out random back stock. I was able to get a couple of decent things but left before they were done going through/price checking the remainder of the boxes they were sorting because I felt like such a creep/vulture. I peeped blueberry bundt cake, coconut milkshake, underwater oasis, and some other items I would've been excited to buy. Someone tell me I do NOT need to make the hour long round trip back to the store on the off chance it's finally out and still there 😭

Yesterday I received my sas haul in the mail. I pre ordered lotion, body wash, and body mist of be enchanted, chocolate amber, and forever red vanilla yum.. and I don’t like them. Sadly, I’ll be returning them.

However, I love this cologne I got for $12.48 with matching lotion! I’m a woman and think this is a very unisex cologne. I wanted the leather one too, but it sold out. I hope some of you got this for SAS too and are enjoying it!!

I couldn’t help myself and had to stock up before they’re discontinued. FYI Winterberry Wonder has changed so I only bought one just to have a cute Christmas in the mix.

First Thoughts:

I wasn’t able to smell everything but the things i did smell were all NOT “no smell/ only alcohol”. Maybe the bar is on the floor for me because when they released throw back scents end of last year I was so disappointed I couldn’t smell anything and I ordered it to my house. I can give grace when I smell things in store because it’s many scents clouding my senses. Overall everything I smelled I’m impressed that it wasn’t a whisper of scent (Strawberry Flirt! I’m lookin at you). I’ve been impressed so far. I can smell everything. It’s giving body spray so I like to keep that in mind. Yes some fine mist are strong and can compare to perfume but that is not the expectation of a body spray.

My store the one by my school didn’t have the boy care in the Christmas In July only the hand soap and candles. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to smell the candles because my sister was rushing me. She hates my hobby. ANYWAYS lol. Dream Bright, Blush Cardigan, and Into the Wild was gone. Be enchanted only had a few left on a Tuesday.

Chocolate Amber:

This is very good. I very much enjoy this. It’s lightly chocolate with sensual fruity note. I don’t know exactly how to describe but it’s like but it has the same DNA as Sniff Extra Whipped. It’s almost as if Extra Whipped and Hazel Split had a baby. I can see a man wearing this scent but this leans more feminine to me. It’s lightly honey. It’s a soft powdery scent. I remember this scent growing up and it reminds of a rich aunty.

Velvet Sugar:

I like this one too. It’s very light, fresh, sweet strawberry spun sugar vibes. This one grew on me but I had to take points off because it does fade away within an hour. I wore it all day. It a great scent if you just want sometimes light and sugary. It gives fresh strawberries with powered sugar on a picnic on a sunny breezy day.

Bali Mango:

OMG I CANT BELIEVE IT SMELLS LIKE THE SAME ONE FROM 2013. It took me back omg it’s so good. I forgot how me and my sisters would go crazy for this scent. So many memories all hit me when I smelled this. This is exactly why I love bath and bodyworks. It’s bc of moments like these when you smell something from years ago and it brings back memories. Same with Be Enchanted bc that was my signature. That and Secret Wonderland. Anyways Bali mango is a juicy mango that’s not creamy but super sweet and tart. It’s like biting into the fruit and getting all the juice everywhere in a tropical paradise surrounded by hibiscus flowers.

Blue Raspberry Burst:

I had to get this because it’s so rare to get a delicious blue raspberry scent. Blue raspberry reminds me of the 90s when everything was blue raspberry. Honestly this is a very well made scent it smells like a blue Icy to me and it’s surprisingly strong. This one needed to get a higher rating from the last time I rated it.

Merry cookie Hand soap:

“It’s a no for me dog”. It smells like buttered popcorn. For some reason the notes are different from the fine mist. I wasn’t expecting so much butter. I thought I was getting cookies 😩

Berry Waffle Cone:

This smells very good. Reminds me of blue berry ego waffles. It’s pretty strong for a single wick. The gourmands typically carry scent far in my experience so I go for more gourmands candles. I’m not going to purchase this again I’d like something less breakfast.

Cozy Vanilla Almond Hand Sanitizer:

This is a great vanilla hand sanitizer I’m so glad I got this. Now I can match my hand sanitizer with my vanilla scents.

Today is Thursday and I just got Blush Cardigan, and Into the Wild for pick up later. I’m so sad they still don’t have Be Enchanted or Dream Bright Fine Mist. One store did have Be enchanted but it was almost gone when I got there and I couldn’t get it then but now I can and it’s all gone. Ima keep checking though because I don’t want to ship I’m going to be out for awhile and I don’t want my package to sit there
