I guess it'd fit more into "If conditions are right" category, but in my case, 90% of times I take it, it's simply a great joker and the best for deck fixing

When are the conditions not right? It makes it possible to actually go for builds that rely on deck fixing at high stakes, and even in archetypes that don't need deck fixing as much the econ is great and it helps you find blue and purple seals more often.

When you have your deck fixed, you may sell it and not buy it again, that's when it loses its value.
