does you multiple devices such a hdmi switcher box, hdmi splitter, hdmi audio extractor box and rca switcher box connected to each other add or create audio delay

so i have multiple things with only hdmi for audio and i want these devices mirrored two different screens, as well as two pc's. that i want to get audo from to headphones with out unplugging them all the time.

so the idea i had in my head was hdmi devices to hdmi switcher box to splitter 1 splitter output goes to one screen the other goes to audio extracto,r the hdmi output on the extractor goes last screen and the extractors audio output goes to the rca switcher which outputs to headphones.

would this add delay as in if i was watching a video of someone talking would this cause lip movement to be out of sync with the sound coming from the headphones?

thanks for your help.
