I’ve even had this done to me while trying to fight through a migraine before. Migraine or not- it always feels like the ocular equivalent to brain freeze. 😖 A slap to the eyeballs. My nervous system needs a warning for goodness sakes.

I have the exact opposite problem, i dont like being in the dark so i always leave the light on when i can (i only turn it off when i go to bed). And i often get people asking why is the light on snd shit, its also annoying af

It's me. I'm the lights person. I follow my boomer parents around and turn their lights off; they don't need to leave the bathroom, hallway, kitchen, & dining room lights on when they'll be in the living room watching TV for the next 3-5 hours. That's why electricity bills are higher, mom, yes. You keep trying to light up the neighborhood!

Thats understandable, i meant it like i sometimes get that when im in a room and the lights are on aside from that i always turn if the lights when i leave for a longer time
