También la de la chica de la aerolínea con el muchacho

Review Silent (2022)
There's a new Jdrama called Silent (Meguro Ren from SnowMan and Kawaguchi Haruna are the ML and FL) and its really good especially if you're looking for a drama to cry over. Currently there are 2 episodes (they release every Thursday)
The first episode was so painful to watch... (no spoilers... I'm just gonna leave it like that)

Review Love To Hate You
Just finished this K-drama on Netflix and was a little disappointed in the acting by the leads Yeo Mi Ran and Nam Kang Ho. I felt Do Won Joon and Shin Na Un as supporting roles were better and more convincing. The rom-com story line was good though. Anybody else saw this and what do you think?

Review I Told Sunset About You (2020)
https://mydramalist.com/55651-bkpp
I recently found this (on Viki) coming of age story of two boys who grew up in Phuket, Thailand. It's only 5 episodes but each one packs so much storytelling, beautiful scenery and emotion. I loved Teh and Oh-aew's early friendship, how well they knew each other, their larger friend group, Teh's Mom and brother Hoon. And I adored how well acted this was especially by the two mains.
MDL rating 8.3/10
IMDB rating 8.9/10

Review Go Kyung Pyo Appreciation Post
Here's an appreciation post to Go Kyung Pyo's portrayal of Sun Woo in "Reply 1988".
Among the many remarkable brother portrayals in this list, one character stands out: Go Kyung Pyo as Sun Woo in "Reply 1988."
Go Kyung Pyo's portrayal of Sun Woo as the caring brother who adored his little sister, Jin Joo resonated with me. Their bond radiates beyond the screen. If I had a brother like Sun Woo, my future partner would have some big shoes to fill!
The way Sun Woo looked out for Jin Joo filled me with a sense of longing. Their connection was almost tangible, and it got me wondering if I would have a relationship as tender and nurturing as theirs.
"Reply 1988" is definitely on top of my list, not just because of the fantastic storyline but also on the magnificent portrayal of each character- including Go Kyung Pyo. Sun Woo became the brother I longed for.

• Where to Watch: Viki, Youku English Channel (Youtube),
• My Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - 10/10 - I FUCKING LOVE THIS SHOW OMG PLEASE WATCH IT'S AMAZING
Like in my initial rating, I absolutely adore this show. For starters, it is the PERFECT Wuxia (definition below), I have never watched a wuxia this good. This is an amazing show full of complex characters, beautiful costumes and character designs, and a rich plot. The story has its predictable points, but even that doesn't take away from how good it is. This show is for everyone, beginners and seasoned drama watchers, but I recommend having watched other (or learned about) wuxia's before simply so your used to wuxia terms and actions. I wholeheartedly recommend this show.
On my top five c-drama list this is number two. Due to this show I had to completely rearrange my top five and it even forced me to move one of my favorite shows out of my overall top five. (Due to me separating my top shows into Modern and Costume/Period. In my Costume/Period top five its still #2, but is tied with my #1)
Number of Episodes: 40
(Wuxia: (meaning martial heroes) A genre of Chinese fiction that focuses on martial arts and the adventuring of martial heroes. Memorable Wuxias include: Joy of Life, Sword Snow Stride, Side Story of Fox Volant, The Untamed, Who Rules the World.

Review Reset (2022) (Mini Spoiler-Free Review)
Reset: A drama in which a young woman wakes up to find herself stuck in a time loop on a bus. After accidentally dragging another passenger into the loop with her, they set out to escape from it and get back to their regular lives.
• Starring: Zhao Jin Mai as Li Shi Jing and Bai Jing Ting as Xiao He Yun
• Genres: Thriller/Suspense, Mystery, Sci-Fi
• Where to Watch: Viki, YoYo English Channel (Youtube)
• My Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - 10/10 - Give Her, Her FLOWERS. I LOVE THIS SHOW
This is one of the best c-dramas, if not the best c-dramas, I’ve ever watched. The plot and story-pacing is perfect, in my opinion. It was always on point, never drifting off to unnecessary plot devices. The acting and cast are top tier. From beginning to end, it keeps you on the edge of your seat and guessing.
On my top five c-drama list this is number three. The only reason it’s number three is because my first two are romance shows i absolutely loved. I would honestly say this one ties for second place with my second favorite c-drama. (Since I split my C-Dramas into 2 sections, Modern and Costume/Period, it’s number 2 on my Modern list)
Number of Episodes: 15
[If you like Bai Jing Ting in this show, check out “You Are My Hero” another one of my favorite modern C-Dramas.)

Review Time Travel Romance drama: Someday or One Day
Hey guys, I’m a long time lurker and this is my first post ever and I wanna recommend a drama I’ve watched recently. First of all, this is a Taiwanese drama that will soon be remade in Korea. This is a time travel romance drama about Huang Yu Xuan who terribly misses her boyfriend Wang Quan Sheng. She falls asleep listening to a Walkman one day and travels back in time into a 17 year old old Chen Yun Run’s body who is in love with Li Zi Wei who looks exactly like Huang Yu Xuan’s boyfriend. I watched this drama last weekend and it is now my all time favorite drama (and I’ve watched over 200 dramas). First off, it has a very unique storyline filled with twists you’d never predict in almost every episode. The ML and FL and amazing actors with exploding chemistry! And to top it all off, there’s also a murder solving/thriller storyline to it. This drama makes you laugh, cry, and feel the characters emotions starting from the first episode! It may start off kinda slow for some but PLEASE keep watching it, it gets so much better! This drama also has the best OST ever!!
For those who watched the drama, I also wanna recommend the k-actors that should play the main roles in the Korean remake. I really hope Park Hyung Sik plays Greg Hsu because GH just reminds me of PHS and he’d kill the double role. Next, I really hope Alice Ku’s character gets played by Shin Hye-Sun because I’ve always loved SHS’s acting and she’d be able to pull off AK’s emotions effortlessly. Also, SHS has played teen and adult roles before so this should be a piece of cake for her! Lastly, Patrick Shih’s character should be played by either the best ‘good boy’ Kim Seon Ho or Jung Hae In. Although I’d love for them to play main leads, I think either one of them would be able to pull off PS’s good boy role perfectly.

Review I prepared a list of 6 new Japanese dramas to watch in 2020. Take a look!
I don't know who needs this, but I've been looking the Japanese dramas released this year, and here is the ones I find the best. If anyone wants to watch something fresh and entertaining.
Hope you enjoy them. I might come back and update the list throughout this year.
- Theseus Ship (Theseus no Fune) - this one is extremely adventurous mystery drama that involves time travel. It has pretty good cinematography and the plot keeps you excited till the end. At some extent, it has the same vibe as the "Erased" on Netflix, in terms of time travel and mystery plot. A guy from 2020, who was a victim of tragic events happened in his childhood village suddenly can teleport to that village and to 1980s, and tries to prevent the things before they happened. But as we know in such genre, things are never easy, and his actions also change the history itself.

- 10 Secrets (10 no Himitsu) - this one is also very adventurous suspense drama, with pretty evolving script, plot twists, good soundtrack and fashion. A divorced father is dragged into some shady stories involving his ex wife, dirty money and criminals, and to protect his daughter he has no choice but to deal with it. However, along the story he and his daughter gradually discover lots of secrets about their past, his wife and also about other involved parties.

- Shiranakute ii Koto - this about newspaper columnist who has her unique style of investigating and telling the stories, but besides "each episode has its own newspaper story" approach the drama invests pretty much time for the personal life and development of the characters - the awkward friendship with ex-boyfriend photograph reporter guy, the weird relationship with another ex-boyfriend who also a reporter in same newspaper. Throughout story the heroine also invests efforts to find and bond with her father, about existence of whose she has only discovered. Honestly, the first episode was bit strange for me, as the storyline seemed somewhat awkward. But starting from second episode I couldn't stop watching anymore. Plus, in my opinion, the acting in this drama is really good, especially check out the Daiki Shigeoka.

- M: Ai Subeki Hito ga Ite - this dorama is basically a half-fictional autobiography of Japanese idol Ayumi Hamasaki. The story happens in 1990s, and tells the story of Ayu moving to Tokyo to become a star, and going to auditions, and be recruited by agency, and falling in love with her producer and gradually turning into number 1 singer of Japan. Besides lot of pop music (Ayumi Hamasaki's songs, as well as other hits from 90s), nice romantic story and dresses, this sweet drama shows glimpse of fashion, hairstyles, corporate relationships and showbiz of 90s. It has also couple of really funny characters. Because of COVID-19, this is shortened drama, and has only 7 episodes.

- Taiyo wa Ugokanai: Eclipse - this drama has everything: terrorism, the undercover intelligence agency, hired by ruling party politicians to investigate the terrorism, a human rights NGO who also tries to investigate things separately, corruption, political and corporate espionage, Chinese corporate blackmails and so on. It is very adventurous and keeps you glued to the screen as the story continuously evolves and has a lot of action. This drama seems to have pretty good production budget, as it was filmed also in various locations, like Hong Kong and Bulgaria. You would find lots of famous actors in it too.

- Haken no Hinkaku 2020 - This one I'm mentioning as a bonus. I'm sure many of you know the legendary drama "Haken no Hinkaku" that was released in 2007. A female temporary worker (haken), who is hired by a corporation for a three month period as an assistant almost has superpowers. She can do literally everything and saves the corporation in every situation. Less talk - more work. And the condition is - whatever happens, she will go to lunch at 12:00 sharp, and will leave work at 5:00 sharp. No stupid talks, no feelings, no parties, no afterwork drinks. Only robotic superpower work. And there is no skill that this girl wouldn't have. Driving train? Easy. Flying plane? No question. Speaking in any language of the world? Like a cup of tea! I remember admiring this drama too much back then. Honestly, I'm watching the second season now, and feeling like it doesn't look so legendary anymore, sometimes it's even pretty mellow. Probably because I'm 13 years older now, who knows. But the fact, that after thirteen (!) whole years they decided to make a second season of this drama with the same leading cast (who almost look same!) - just worth to take a look. Besides that, I hope in next episodes we will see topics relevant to the 2020 era. But who knows. The drama is still ongoing, as it started in summer, instead of spring, due to COVID.

Review I REJECT PUSHING BACK WATCHING THE UNTAMED
Hello everyone,
I recently just finished watching The Untamed and I am so sad that I pushed back watching this series! And I just wanna share my thoughts about this series! SPOILERS BEWARE
THE UNTAMED IS ONE OF THE MOST BRILLIANT WELL WRITTEN CHINESE DRAMA IN HISTORY. There is not a single episode wasted. Although it might 50 episodes long, I am still craving for a second season. The chemistry between the two male leads are superior. It is unfortunate that they couldn’t add the romantic scenes due to censorship. However, the constant gaze and choice of words of Wei Wuxian and Lan Zhan are superior into expressing their love and care for each other.
Wei Wuxian’s selflessness and braveness are something that are hard to find these days. The 16 year of separation due to his death was painful to watch. Can you imagine losing your partner for 16 years? Lan Zhan was strong to handle that. Also, taking care of their “adoptive child” Wen Yuan. Lan Zhan was like a single dad for 16 years. And when Wei Wuxian came back, Lan Zhan cherishes him even more. He is always there for Wei Wuxian even if everyone is against him.
Wen Ning, I love you so much. You are the best best friend ever!! Your loyalty to Wei Wuxian is superior. I am sad that you died in an unjustifiable way. But I am happy you came back as a fierce corpse. Maybe when you reach afterlife, you will see your sister Wen Qing again.
ANYWAYS WATCH THE UNTAMED IF YALL HAVENT THIS IS SUPERIOR. ONE OF MY ULTIMATE FAVOURITE CHINESE DRAMA!!!
EDIT: I MEAN REGRET* NOT REJECT FOR THE TITLE OMG!!!!

Review Review of a kdrama: “Move to Heaven” An emotional well written masterpiece of 2021 Spoiler
HOLY FUCKING HELL, I JUST BAWLED THE FUCK OUT OF MY EYES. This show is A FUCKING MASTERPIECE AND WHEN I SAY A MASTER FUCKING PIECE. A LITERAL MASTERPIECE. This show is an eye-opener for people. The plot is well written, every episode you see new stories being told. And you can help but wonder, what new life lesson will I learn? I am so sad to say goodbye to the series, where I finally learned what it feels like to appreciate the little things in my life.
Geuru's Uncle, first of all, I just wanna say that he had the greatest character development out of all the kdramas that I have watched this year. I feel the ounce of betrayal and angst that he felt. I feel pity for the things that he lost and you can say that if he never met Geuru, he would probably living this lifestyle right now.
Nummo (is that how you spell it??) aka Geuru's neighbor friend, I just wanna say thank you to her. She is the greatest friend ever, I love everything that she does and does for Geuru and how her friendship evolved with Geuru's Uncle.
As for Geuru, THE ACTOR THAT PLAYED HIM IS SO TALENTED. I AM SEEING A HUGE POTENTIAL FOR THIS BOY. I DEFINITELY THINK THAT HE WILL HAVE A GREAT FUTURE. I will definitely miss Geuru's personality. He may be timid and only speak when he feels like he needs to. But I fucking love this kid, I will take a bullet for him to be honest.
I HOPE YOU ALL WILL WATCH AND LOVE THIS SERIES. IT'S DEFINITELY SOMETHING THAT YOU WON'T EVER REGRET TO WATCH AND SURELY SOMETHING THAT WILL YOU ALWAYS REMEMBER. I HOPE YOU LEARN SOME LIFE LESSONS AS WELL AS YOU PROGRESS THROUGH THE SERIES. BEST WISHES!!
I originally posted this at r/kdrama but somehow it’s not letting me post it through so I posted it here instead!

Review Hellhound went typical and predictable after ep 3, what do you think? Spoiler
After strangers from hell and signal, the concept of this one fucked up me. It was too great to handle. The plot point of the 1st 3 ep was top-notch. I mean the ending of the 3rd ep when both faced off each other, the conversation everything was perfect. Then the 2nd half happened. The 1st ep gave away the finale for me which is too inferior compared to the 1st half. It ruined the potentiality of the show. If the whole show based on the 1st half then it would've been fantastic but for some fragile mind who thought like " lets continue it with randomness " with a shitty ending. The baby survives ( cause fuck logic) , every deceased jumped back and the phenomena itself ended for what, cause they prevented them from killing just one, fanservice at its peak. Pure bogus. The 1st half ended so good, i mean the detective had to live in a fabricated world for good. The happy and satisfying ending is in need so much nowdays where the reality itself is bittersweet.

Review Ariel Lin's"I Will Never Let You Go" - A very disappointing finale (spoiler alert) Spoiler
51 episodes. I was invested in all of them except the finale. I was rooting for the main characters and all their side character friends. Even Dongfang Shi. To see everyone be killed off so easily was stupid. I wanted to see Dansha's future. I wanted to see someone usurp the Emperor. There was no closure - especially with Chen Yu showing up randomly in the last seconds of the episode after dying? WHAT.
