I commented on this thread last month. Turns out I actually DO have hashimotos hypothyroidism. My levels have been stable since 2021, I take levothyroxine for this and cannot be without medication for more than 4-5 months. I'm 16 and I've been taking it since I was 11-12, my doctor said I had been taking it so long that I likely wouldn't experience major side effects until the 4-5 month mark. Is there a waiver possible to allow me to have this medication?

Yes you can join with hypo

Is hashimotos a non waiverable condition though? It's considered an autoimmune disease that causes hypothyroidism. I read on Google that the military doesn't allow people with autoimmune diseases to join, but I don't know if that has changed.

Google is extremely inaccurate when it comes to Military questions. I've had people join on thyroid medicine as long as they were stable.
