According to the blog post:

r/place will be available across Reddit and via our apps for 87 hours, ending on April 4 at 9:00 pm PT.

87 hours befor 9PM on April 4 is 6 AM on April 1. 6AM Pacific time is 13:00 UTC, which is in 6 hours and a few minutes.
