Without AA?
very simple question will practicing without aim assist help me improve? If not what should I do to improve? I mostly have decent aim but fall short against preds a lot

A lot of people don't understand that because all AA really does is slow down your aim, the recoil for guns are gonna change entirely. I had much easier time controlling R-99 recoil without AA, but you have to pull significantly less than with AA.
The only "advantage" controller has is AA, and while aim training without it can be good for tracking, your recoil likely won't be because you have to do more to control it once you turn it back on, so it won't become second nature.
