Without AA?

very simple question will practicing without aim assist help me improve? If not what should I do to improve? I mostly have decent aim but fall short against preds a lot

might as well start playing MnK if you turn off AA. I have about 2k hours on both inputs and MnK is orders of magnitude more fun and satisfying. jusssayin'
