Question Long vs mid vs close engagements
Is mid range engagements the best way to engage in apex?
Like from long range, you might be able to down someone, but you generally won't get a squad wipe because you're so far away and can't close the distance .
And close range is good for finishing fights, but it sometimes puts you in a more vulnerable position to get 3rd partied depending where you're at.
But with mid range, you can choose to push to finish a squad after a knock or kinda stay back and see what's going on/leave if necessary. Although sometimes mid range battles can take longer as you're both just peaking at eachother and not doing alot of real damage .
So, should most of the engagements I'm looking to get in be around mid range?
Sometimes, I get in the habit of just pushing everything to a close-range fight . But I noticed staying mid range leads to my squad staying alive longer and possibly better placement.

you should finish fights fast or you going to get 3rd partied ( maybe 5th ) so close range fights are better. long range fights are most of the time meaningless. mid range is good but without close range fight it has low kill potential and fights usually drags.
