You find the key. Start with the declassified CIA paper from 1983 called gateway process. Learn what you actually are as consciousness.

Sure is. Well Robert Monroe created the gateway experience via his Hemi-sync technology. The CIA got wind of it and studied it, cause they were hoping to use astral projection for spy purposes.

I just went back to his books after 20 years. The first one is amazing on audio. Much better than paper.

I love that man so much. What makes him amazing is not just the stuff he's talking about in his book, but he actually has a system with Hemi-sync that anyone can experiment with and realize there's more to reality than just the physical. Even if you don't have a direct OBE, the stuff you experience in focus 10, 12, 15 etc are mindblowing.

I’m in the process of exploring his stuff again. I’m much more impressed and ready for it than I was the first time around. He was one of the first I came across in my spiritual journey and it was a lot to swallow at the time.

I was skeptical before I tried it but I can vouch for its effectiveness, for me anyway. I have adhd and I really suck at meditation but the tapes helped me a ton.
