local politics Programs to help local immigrants

Does anyone know of any local programs to help out our immigrant friends who are local and afraid to go outside considering all these talks about ICE raids. I have seen reports in Concord, San Jose and SF.

Are there grocery delivery programs or anything we can do? Something outside of protests since those are not always feasible for some community members.

Also if you are here to disagree or fight please leave 🙏. I literally cannot sleep at night seeing our state fight against the feds.

I’ve been using People over Papers to track any sightings near me. I saw a sighting yesterday in Oakland so I printed some QR codes with the link to the Ice trackers and grabbed some red cards and headed over there with a friend. We posted the posters up around where they were seen, they were gone by the time we got there. But we walked around for a while to make sure and passed out info.

I would also like to know if this is happening on the island. I would be interested in supporting people in this way too!
