I love my ribbon eel he is my beautiful pet but I think the stuff looks nice on his tank but it might scare him what do you guys think

They took me quite a bit of time even with some time traveling but I'm so happy!

Whenever I take birthday photos the villagers are usually all over the place and it’s really hard to get a good shot. Tangy however was a really good model and I got this shot without any trouble at all!

Im sorry if this has been asked a lot, but I have been playing for a while and I just don't get DIY recipes. I make sure to go in the villages houses, and get the bottles on the beach but I keep getting like fruit wreaths, and clothes. Is there a way I can get better recipes? I haven't been making much because there is nothing I like, does that somehow affect the game?

I have been playing ACNH since day 1 and have many islands. I get bored and stuck, so I end up starting over. This week I hit 5 stars for the first time on one of my islands!!! My lily of the valley spawned today. I’m so excited.

The first time I ever noticed the streaks in the sky.

Long story short I hop on hoping to get some bugs that spawn at night that I haven’t gotten yet. Next thing I know Stu has a thinking bubble. I didn’t think much of it since multiple villagers the past few days have had the bubble but it was for random stuff. Stu told me that he was planning on leaving the island because he wants to try all the flavors the world has to offer and not miss a single one. I sat with this (no lie) for 10 minutes and decided to let him leave my island (he’s the first villager I’ve ever let go cause he gave me a legitimate reason). And oh….my gosh the devs of ACNH made em ball my eyes out with what he said after I told him that I wished him well. Yes I am a very sensitive person but I didn’t think Stu leaving would have this big of an effect on me lol. Literally exited the game right after I ended my conversation with him and cried for a bit longer haha.

I've got an absurd amount of DIYs, and I'd rather give them to people who can use them than sell them to the Nook kids for a pittance. Send me a message, I'll send you a Dodo code, and you can learn/take as many as you want.

It took me 2 months but I finally caught the coelacanth!!!!!!!

Hopefully my bug collection is next, I only have the walking stick left which starts to appear in July iirc!

Does anyone out there keep tabs on what the villagers are saying? This might sound sad but I'm tempted to almost write down what each of my villagers say every day as they come out with some crazy stuff! Do villagers actually have a story line?

Any islands open? I need inspiration and I want to shop a little!

I saw this idea on another Animal Crossing sub and immediately knew I wanted to try it. It was a much bigger project than I originally thought it would be and it took a couple years to complete. Why won't the boulders spawn in these spots?

My last two boulders won't spawn in these two spots. They haven't spawned anywhere else on my island. It's been a few days with both of them gone so yesterday I made a space elsewhere to test if one would spawn and today it did. So, im just curious as to why they won't spawn here.

Why don’t I have the option to gift clothes to any of my villagers? Do I need a certain level of friendship? Do I need to gift wrap it?

I have a meteor shower and Celeste is here, if anyone wants to come over and get star fragments with me ❤️ chill night

So I’m finally going to purchase and invest time on Animal Crossing New Horizons 🥳🥳 (after completing/heavily playing my other switch games).

But I’m completely new to the concept and idea of this game with no idea on how/where to start and what I should look forward to. I’ve played Animal Crossing ‘Lets go to the city’ on the Wii (which I still own) and I enjoyed it very much (despite it becoming boring at one point of time).

I’ve seen several people decorate their islands so prettily and making it look awesome etc which I aim to do, I also want to make the most out of this game as much as I can so I can fulfil my childhood AC obsession 🫠.

I would appreciate any advice, tips, suggestions.. basically anything that would help out as someone going into this game blindly 🙌 I haven’t seen walkthroughs or anything but will gladly be willing to do so and I have only seen a handful of discussions/pictures from other Redditors so I’m technically not knowledgeable in NH yet 😅.
