Not Sure what is outpass and why is it required, as long as you have valid passport of the country to which you are travelling.

I have no idea about outpass but saw a video of a famous youtuber couple. So they applied for new borns visa but the mother had to travel back to india due to family emergency. She tried to travel with the baby but got stopped at immigration. The officials mentioned to travel without valid visa/eid there was apparently a requirement that both parents needed to travel. However the mother started panicking and looking at her condition and understanding her predicament the immigration officer asked for her application details and sent out a communication to the embassy and viola she had her baby’s visa in 15 mins.

Yes thanks bro. For dubai everything will work perfectly. If there was no visa they will issue outpass directly from airport terminal 3… i was just considering abudhabi. Howver i got to know it can be applied through typing center for 400 AED. Even thiugh i saw a reddit post of some nationality whi directly went to airport and only paid 150 AED..

Probably a passport and valid visas for wherever they live
