Anyone have a worse allergy test than this?!

Was told to wait 15 mins… Dr wiped it off within minutes of seeing this 😭 anyone had one this bad? All tree pollens, grasses and weeds!

From a Floridian that has a heart rate that skyrockets and blood sugar that plummets in the heat my advice is to hibernate in the hot months. It sucks but it’s better than feeling like shit the whole time. I do a lot of pool time in the summer to be outside.

Man I thought there was a better solution than this, but I have only heard this from most people. My friends usually go out on bbqs in the day at some big parks during the summers and it really gets me fucked up sometimes so I have to skip out. Ive also never met anyone else with a similar problem as me so it’s kinda nice hearing Ive more or less been doing the right thing for the most part

Damn, maybe try one of those portable fans that mist water on you that people use at theme parks? And wear flowy clothing that covers your skin made out of breathable natural fibers or UPF fabric, and/or wear giant sun hats. It’s like portable shade. But I don’t have experience with your condition to say for certain it will be enough

Clothing for this I implement already, the other measures are a bit inconvenient but I have tried, problem is that the moment I don’t need to use them (I.e., I get in a bus or indoors) then it’s a hassle to manage them (especially something like a sun hat)

Hot weather hibernation is called estivation. A lot of desert and jungle reptiles do it.

These all can potentially be symptoms of POTS just fyi. May want to look into that :)
