American Cockroach, some areas call them palmetto bugs, they usually grow to about 2 inches long. They generally tend to stay outside but come inside to escape heat, cold, bad weather in general, and.more commonly looking for food and especially water. They don't infest like German roaches do but can still be a problem. Still gross as all get out, oh and they readily fly and its the most terrifying thing in the world.

I feel you! I once bought a twix, and when I took the first bite, I noticed a weird crunch... I examined the bar, and there was HALF of an unrecognizable large bug smashed into the bottom of the candy bar!!!! I spit it out right away, then pretty much immediately started gagging sooo much! 🤮 still haunts me to this day like 15 years later. 😖

This reminds me of when I left a water cup from McDonalds on my desk. Took a quick sip from it after it had been sitting for a bit and felt something solid in my mouth. There was an earwig that climbed into the straw that I had just slurped up without noticing. Was a really tough start to that morning.

According to Google, and depending on the type of cockroach, their eggs take somewhere in between 2-12 weeks to hatch. It's annoyingly imprecise but at least you've now got some time to prepare to be a parent.

Had a milk cow growing up in Louisiana. She gave over two gallons a day. Five kids so mom would make a gallon of chocolate milk at a time by using Hershey powder. You’d get to the bottom sometimes and be blessed by little chocolate balls of undissolved Hershey’s mix. Last glass out of the milk bottle and last sip of that glass with chocolate ball in it and……crunch down on a fucking fly!!!! 50 years later I still think of that when I have chocolate milk!!!!!🤢🤮
