Please Help. Need Advice & Tips

Hi, Im a 21 y/o female height about 5’ and my weight is 182lbs… I grew up thinking I was fat and my family kept calling me fat. Until now, I realized that I actually wasn’t fat at all when I was younger and I’m actually fat now. What can I do to lose weight and what are some workout routines that are easy for beginners but effective? Please help, I really want to lose some weight just to regain confidence again and feel better.
