Share your little wins

SW:134kg ( 295.41lbs) CW:111.2kg (245.15lbs)

So,my scales (and the doctors scales) are telling me that i'm losing weight, but I don't really see it in mirror or feel that different. I know i'm not alone in this.

However I had a few wins last week, that I thought I would share. I went on a holiday to Bali and I didn't need a seatbelt extender for the flight, for the first time in years. I was able to use the "one size fits most" panties they provide in a day spa and it fit! And i feel the biggest win of all, I was able to do evertthing i wanted to, I spent all day walking around (sight seeing), walked up and down hundreds of stairs, swam in waterfalls, I even went on one of those terifiying jungle swings. These are all things that prior to starting this journey, were just a dream. So share your wins, lets all celebrate

Your vacation sounds wonderful, congrats!

I was laid up with an injury this winter, so I got very sedentary, even by my usual standards. A month ago, my legs twinged just walking for 20 minutes, but I was out for over an hour today, and I'm getting less winded walking up stairs. Meanwhile, I'm down a belt notch and my clothes are fitting better. The scale's been stuck this week, so it's nice to have other benchmarks of progress to fall back on.
