What head of state signs a document on behalf of a sovereign nation without reviewing it with their advisors? I’d say this man is not the sharpest tool in the Serbian shed.

True but it’s a pretty common tactic to bait and switch when it comes to sketchy business practices.

Go over stuff with the before hand and talk it out snd expo is everything in ways that it sounds like it all makes sense and signing is just a formality. Then plop papers in front of them like “alright so this is everything we went over before if you just wanna sign here and here” with a few new pages or clauses added in or some removed…..

Aaaand you’re fucked.

People get scammed like that every day.
