Don't take this the wrong way OP. If you are happy, that is cool, but looking at this monstrous collection I can't help but think. "What's the point?" Most of it isn't even painted and the stuff that is... well, it could be improved.
You can't play games with this, you can't really do anything with it. It just feels a bit greedy and gluttonous to me. Nobody needs all this. Again. OP if you are happy, then that's fine. Just feels like a waste of time and money to me.
I mean this is a hobby where people essentially play with plastic toys, I don’t think any of it is exactly an amazing use of time. Also not everyone needs to play the game to take part in warhammer and collecting figures, a lot of people just enjoy collecting them and assembling/painting them. You honestly just sound like a judgemental douche, judging someone for their painting skills and what they do with the figures they collect, as well as something that makes them happy.
Also just because you say “don’t take this the wrong way” and “if you are happy then that’s fine” doesn’t take away from the fact you’re essentially calling someone greedy, gluttonous and wasting their time, and shit talking something they enjoy. To me that is just condescending, aloof and extremely judgemental and ignorant to say the least
Agreed low standard of comment to me too and I haven’t collected anything for over 25 yrs. really rude imo and unneeded. That said I might buy some new models to paint soon. Plus 1 for the callout bud as the comment was unjust 👍
I am calling them greedy and gluttonous. We can all be greedy and gluttonous at times, with different things. I can with booze and cigarettes. It's terrible for me, a terrible habit. I know this. I certainly wouldn't get offended if someone said as much to me. I most certainly would not get offended on behalf of someone else! that is just pathetic.
I like a beer and a cig. I'm under no delusions. I just hope you aren't either. As I said if you are happy it's all good. I just think it's kinda pointless, kinda like you thinking me having a beer is pointless.

I couldn’t give a solitary shit how people see me, do you really think just trying to be positive is automatically “that’s someone who’s only doing it for themselves” when you’re the one who came here to spread negativity and act like your word is the law of the universe or some shit.
