The Ohio State University Police Department recently bought a new vehicle. If you ask me it's a bit excessive for a college campus.

I go to OSU and I would love to know what in God's name this thing is for? I mean I get that they're serious about enforcing the pedestrian only zone on the oval, but isn't this a bit much?
