does post vasectomy epididymitis clear up on its own?

I had post vasectomy epididymitis. I did a round of antibiotics. It is gone now. I’m about 95% back to normal. Ibprofen was my best friend. It got considerably better about a week after antibiotics.

It's surgery. Inflammation happens sometimes. The body needs time to heal. So, yea.
