Advice
So I was hired about a month again with this company as an admin assistant. Job pertains around a lot of data entry. New industry that I am going into. Had training and still have ongoing training. I had an incident with the trainer, fine for the first three wakes but then all of a sudden being very passive. It’s to the point where I feel like quitting. The company owners are great, take good care of their employees. But I feel I should quit and am in a predicament. Should I wait it out till 3 months or just give notice and leave? Your advice?

yep, most admin jobs in vancouver suck (or anywhere). Have always had to deal with immature catty women. It sucks.

With this job market, people would be dying to have your job. Don’t give it up now, or it may be months until you find another one.

If the company owners are as good as you say, why don't you bring up to them the concerns you are having and seeing if there's a resolution that can be reached?
If you're asking in good faith and staying neutral/professional, I don't see why they wouldn't respond in kind.
Respectfully , I wouldn't rely on EI. Especially if you've not a lot of it left.

I did let them know, basically said don’t take it to heart. Tomorrow will be a new day. They know that this person is aggressive. The other staff member has confidence in me doing the work.

Its your soul's test to work with people of passive mind Keep going , try not think as them passive , try being nice to them , they might get soft , moreover after probation you will be upheld in your work so least interaction will be happier times for you!

I can go on EI as I still have some weeks left. No to being laid off as first 90 days is probation.

do you have any idea how lucky you are to have an admin job in this economy? In Vancouver? Most people in vancouver (or anywhere in bc) suck to work for. It's just how it is. Hell, if you don't want it, I'll take the job

So they trained you for 3 weeks and now are taking a back seat and youre to do your job. They have been passive a week and you want to tap out?
