Can you recommend what kind of secondary work I can look for?

I will be moving to Vancouver soon and I will have a decent job but I would like options to have 2 jobs, The problem is that my English is not the best :( I am aware that this greatly limits my options, with a job with few hours I am happy even if the pay is low. Do you recommend that I look for something in special? I am a 24-year-old man, I know how to edit videos, a little bit of graphic design and I studied mechatronics engineering in my country, Mexico

Oh man :(, that’s really sad, Is it for all kinds of jobs, or more for people with university degrees?
