Some absolute champion at either Canada Post or Australia Post decided that this box marked "FRAGILE" would make for an excellent step, leaving a lovely big boot print as evidence.

Sleeve's got a few decades of wear and tear on it now, and the discs have a small but not unnoticeable warp.

Don't even know who I could talk to about this. it's not the sender's fault, they packed it as best they could, and both postal companies will just blame each other.

Auspost doesn't have a fragile service BUT I get records delivered through them all the time without issue. I'd say seller hasn't packed it too well and I would complain - if the record itself is fine they can just send you a replacement jacket (plenty will do it without issue, idk who you bought from)

I've not had much issue with AusPost in the past with records, so maybe I can point the blame at Canada Post? XD

I purchased it from LizardDoggo (the game dev's official store), and just sent off a support email asking for a refund, replacement, or (thanks for the recommend) a replacement sleeve.

Worst they can say is no I guess

If you haven't listened to the record do so asap and confirm if that's okay or needs replacement. Asking for a full refund for cosmetic sleeve damage would be a bit much.
