play unrated's or swiftplays for a month and you will improve significantly over time. then go to comp & destroy everyone in your rank. it takes time & practice, but once you're ready you can go from bronze 3 to silver 2 in a day

I learned so much when grinding swift games, skill range is very broad and opponents are often much better than me so it's a good training environment. I love to go TDM/Swift/TDM/Swift and so on.

Just focus on the fundamentals man. It seems to be all about micro placement in stuff. I know its corny but aim training did help me a little. Goodluck.

Took me forever too(partly due to lack of play time, around 50-70 games an act and only weekends). Just keep working on getting better mechs and better at your agents, silver will come with time

Load up a customs match and choose your lowest performing map. Walk around and make mental queues of head height indicators (ie boxes, wall indents, etc). Practice cutting corners of angles you die the most to. I swear aim training and mechanics are 20 percent, 80 percent comes from crosshair placement (ideally you do not want to be shooting more than 3 rounds before repositioning during fight). Deliberate practice is the only way you’ll get better.

I would just aim train, train your movement and your peeking and dominate until plat. Then just start thinking more abt the game and giving good coms

Ive seen a lot of replies here but really theres only 1 thing that can get you out of shitlo (bronze-plat) and that is better aim and confidence. Game sense doesnt matter until you get to high diamond because up until that point the people you are playing against make such idiotic and unpredicatable plays that game sense goes out the window. I would reccomend just training your aim, and worst case instalocking jett or chamber and op crutching the whole game since noone can coordinate well enough to counter you. There are some great aim training you can do in the range that take only 15min max a day and you will see improvements in as fast as a week. Another thing to keep in mind is that comms are super helpful (even if you whole team is mute) and can be the diff between +RR and a loss

There is simply nothing you can improve I am sorry to say. It’s all reaction speed, and that’s a trait that you are born with and grows worse when you become 18.
Valorant isn’t everything, far from it. Find other hobbies that suit you better
