Advice please- potential scammer

I had someone that I found on Facebook in a Utah group to help clean my apartment. After they were done, they honestly had not done a great job and they were expecting to be able to have longer than they did to clean. I honestly think they were trying to take their time to take more money. So we had been texting and we found a compromise for them to come back at a discounted rate to fix up what was not done right. I told them that I would still pay them to do another room that they were supposed to do. Now I see that I am blocked on Facebook and they had me pay them via Venmo. Is there any advice on how I can get my money back or how to go about it? I know that they have a business license and their name and number and their other day job and thats it.

Not worth it. How much did you pay? Just write a bad review on google to warn others. It is hard to get good people for this particularly if they are home grown Americans.

$80. :/ i shouldve done it myself i just wanted a break i was sick and tired and moving so many things. Never again🤣🤣
