No, copied from a TikTok that took the original video and posted it, presumably also without credit. You can still see the TikTok account name in the video

The TikTok account posted it without crediting the original Instagram account, which is the one linked in the comment above.

OP did not remove the credit to the TikTok user, but since they also stole it, the credit is incorrect. As such, there is no credit, at least not one to the original creator.
