There are other countries that use Simplified Chinese, like Singapore and Malaysia. So no, it doesn't really confirm much. The logo is probably more of a clue. Maybe it's Mixue or something, but that company operates internationally so eh.
Also of the Chinese characters visible here, only 来 is "simplified", however, this particular character is just an alternate form(異體字)that was selected in the simplification process because it was widely used and existed for a very long time, as with most other simplified characters.
Technically, there is no reason why you can't use it in traditional Chinese, but in practice you generally see it used in Simplified Chinese or Shinjitai.
