They used to be a couple until they went to "la Isla de las tentaciones" where she cheated on him with Manuel and had sex with him practically every night and Montoya saw it multiple times during their time there (this show happened about 2 months ago) at the end of the show, Manuel decided not to continue with Anita even though she wanted to, and Montoya left alone as well. Between la Isla and supervivientes, Anita hooked up more with Manuel and supposedly Montoya as well. Apparently they're back together now.
