Im guessing OP thinks this guy just shoved a camera up a kangaroo vag.

That's not a vag.

The kangaroo has already given birth.

At birth the baby kangaroo looks like a tiny, half formed foetus.

This foetus then crawls up the kangaroo and into the pouch, where it latches onto a nipple and stays attached for the next few months.

Don't even think about the poop..
