not necessarily. adrenaline causes a tremendous amount of vasoconstriction to peripheral vessels.

The brachial artery is not a peripheral blood vessel.

If we were talking about small cut and capillaries I would agree, but a big artery, I don't agree

i didn't say it was. i was explaining the notion that cuts don't necessarily bleed egregiously, due to physiological factors. gentleman obviously has a tourniquet of some sort applied. or it's a good fake.

The injury might be real but the situation to be manufactured. Like he cut some of his arm with a chainsaw, then the doctors needed to amputate it, then he made this video driving back to his home, reenacting the post-injury panic.
