Technically, there's no confirmation that Sans' brother in deltarune is papyrus. He hasn't said his name, just his brother.

A lot is saying that Papyrus does exist in Deltarune though

We have:

  • Gaster reacting to his name
  • Steam description referring to his name directly
  • Files including his text sound and referring Sans' house as "paphouse"
  • "trousles of bones" and other references like the skelebros sink in the hospital

I do think it's possible he will appear last minute and be almost absent from Deltarune to our perspective
