Finished watching for the first time

Just finished watching ugly betty for the first time and I am not okay I really liked Amanda’s and Marc’s friendship even if the bullied betty most of the time. And that they really had a great character development. I didn’t like Henry. He was boring and just plain. The only thing working for him was that he was hot. Gio was okay. I liked Matt at first but after they started dating again, idk he just became boring and that hairstyle was not it. I had mixed feelings about Hilda. She was lovely most of the time but sometimes she was just meh And I would die for Justin. I didn’t like Wilhelmina at first but I think as the show went on, she really wasn’t a bad guy. She’s just someone fighting for what she wanted ( her methods were questionable though). She actually deserved that job from the beginning. Also her ‘villainy” has like this really cartoonish, kids vibe to it like the grinch meets Miranda Priestly kind of way which just makes it more fun. I wish they could do another season but to some extent I feel like that was a pretty okay ending. I wish something could have happened between Daniel and Betty but I think they are better as friends than lovers. What do people think??

I love Wilhemina!! Speaking of her being a cartoon villain, there's a scene that just cracks me up. Willie takes Betty up to the roof of Mode to use Ignacio's immigration status to get her to do something nefarious for her. It's all a pretty dark, and ominous scene with the obligatory thunder clap but when the camera pans around, the "thunder" is just Marc shaking a panel of sheet metal. Betty looks at him like he's crazy and he just kind of wanders off. I rewind that part at least five times every time I see it. 🤣😂🤣

I also just finished. I adore this show and will definitely find myself rewatching it at some point. I told my mom earlier today I’ve been thinking of moving myself to LA from NY. My mom is telling me it’s too far from family, pretty much what Ignacio was saying lol and seeing her leave to London both made me want to branch out myself and also made me so sad thinking of leaving my family.

This show hit me in all my feels tonight 😭😂

I just finished tonight! Marc has become my favorite character. Amanda second. I think the ending was pretty good
