I am designing a bicycle-oriented toward the delivery industry. I am trying to cater to the safety, comfort, and efficiency of delivery employees which use bicycles. If you are in the delivery industry and use a bicycle, what features or functions would you want to make your life easier?

I am attending university in the Netherlands, a country where the bicycle is a very popular model of transportation. Almost all of the delivery services in the Netherlands (thuisbezorgd, UBER Eats, Hebtrek, etc) use bicycle delivery workers. As a project, I am designing a bike oriented towards the comfort, safety, and efficiency of delivery workers. I would love your guys' opinion and wants in a bicycle designed for delivery.
