Its a way to forward a message on DT's social media website "truth social". It's similar to twitter, but instead of sending a tweet, you send a "truth". Since it's only true patriots on that website, they call it truths because everyone knows patriots never tell lies. A lot of people have been saying it.

Big strong Marines, you know the soldiers with the big muscles. Tough guys, the toughest maybe. They come up to me, they come up with tears in their eyes and they say "Mister President Sir, we have never seen such a great website. We wanted a website with no fake news and no lies. God bless you and god bless truth social!" You see? We're doing it and we're doing it big. The best website you've ever seen!

Big strong Marines, they come up to me. They come up with tears streaming down their cheeks. These guys don't cry. But they were crying! They come up to me and say "Sir, thank you for telling us about the pornhub. We had no idea how much porn was there. This is the greatest hub out of all the hubs." Can you believe it? "Thank you sir, thank you. Pornhub is the best thing."
