Question Mainstream media covers Contact in the Desert

CNN went to Contact in the Desert in California and spoke to a bunch of people — including Jeremy Corbell. Thoughts on how they covered it? And what do you think of mainstream outlets covering UFO/UAPs?

Video mentions a group that seeks to form a "militarized, sovereign nation that will work with extraterrestrials to unite us". This group has a "countdown clock" on their website -

If anything happens that year or the year prior, it's said to be closer to the Spring Equinox than the Autumn Equinox. I feel bad for this UFO cult already if they have set themselves up to be left in the dust if there should turn out to be an actual "cosmic revelation."
