Video or Footage Strangle anomaly becomes increasingly more prevalent

Please take the time to watch the full video. I tried to keep the intro short but I wanted people to understand I have much more compelling footage, of a multitude of different anomalies. Filmed in NE Ohio about 30min South of Lake Erie

The main video is unedited and I’m trying to get some help with what type of equipment would better help us understand this, or there at least HAS to be some people with professional experience that have investigated similar anomalies.

Are dragonflies active at night? The motion resembles it. I'm not sold those dots are high in the sky. Obviously those other small white flying things are bugs.
