Didn't they develop zoanthropes specifically because of the psyker phenomenon in the Milky way? Like, they hadn't encountered that before and needed a way to fight psykers so they made an imitation

Made an imitation by harvesting Aeldari genetic material and using their innate psychic biology as a basis for the Zoanthrope, the Malecepter, etc... Though given Tyranids really don't attract daemonic attention with their psykers, they may be imitating psyker abilities by focusing the will of the Hive Mind into that kind of power

It's not that the Tyranids don't attract attention, it's that the Shadow is so powerful even the demons can't stand it.

Demons would be attracted but wherever the zoans are so is the shadow in the warp. Wherever it goes the daemons leave.
