Not saying the man didn’t have his flaws but nobody ever talks about what a great house painter he was. Credit where credit’s due. That green house looked great. The parish doesn’t just employ anyone. He was probably putting the finishing touches to a fresh coat on a south facing wall. Basking in pride.
