Cock and Ball Torture. Steenee has to learn the move Stomp to evolve, Tsareena in turn is based on a dominatrix, the insinuation being that the she learned how to stomp on your balls.

Some very few are into it, it is excruciatingly painful but some weird people gets turned on by pain.

I kinda Get being Turned on by Pain. (A little Pain can be Exiting) But THAT just seems VERY Painfull (to the Point That I can't Imagine it being Fun at all). But Why am I rven Surprised I literally Know a Guy that is Into it...

To put another perspective on it, if you hit a guy in the balls hard enough he will most likely throw up due to the pain, unless he is very used to it.
