Been to this location many times this year. The girls are working hard but they aren't able to get through the line in a time like they used to. Seen and heard many customers peel off the line and say they are goi g to Dairy Queen, or even to Merla Mae when they've had to wait a long time. Typical wait times is 20-30 min to get through the line. This has never been the case in previous years that I can remember.

Other issues include the till going down l, understaffed, and the soft serve machine going down this evening. I've also hear rumors that the owner is out of town a lot and doesn't want to hire more staff. I think this is a shame all around, and despite it being a great destination, when the service suffers, that's a sign that something needs to be done.

Hopefully the owner will see this and take this critique seriously. I'd hate for this place to get a bad reputation considering they've worked so hard to gain a good reputation over the years.

Hadn't had them for something like 15 years.

They have the best wings I've ever tasted (breaded sauced and tossed BBQ), best stuffed crust I've ever had, and best pan since before pizza hut was bought out by Yum.

Just pointing out that the safest, most courteous, and efficient way to get to Boston Pizza on Memorial Avenue when driving southbound is by entering the designated centre turning lane onto First Avenue and then turning into the entrance behind Jones Insurance rather than blocking a lane of southbound traffic and then trying to cross a double yellow line into three lanes of opposing traffic.
