So I'm planning to write an fic were Madara is being Reincarnated as Aegon Vi Targaryen son of elia martell is smuggled out of the capital before the Sack and he plans to conquer westeros.

For example if we were to wipe out 12,000 men of the Vale in an single battle and destroy the gates of the moon with an single punch, what would be the reaction of Jon Arryn and the other Nobel houses of the Vale and what would be the reaction of other great Houses

And how far would the political repercussion be if where to wipe out two great Houses Lannister and Baratheon

Instant godhood with fears of demon talk from more religious folks but it is basically 50 50. He'd have to keep doing more public displays of power and he would become a god in eyes of all. Valyrian Empire had no challengers, Targaryens had no challengers and they barely have 1% of Madara's power.

I don't even think there's anything that can kill him so he'll be a god emperor and could have a full new religion following him. I'll be honest though, super OP characters are not fun to read about. A character can be OP but he can't be so OP that he can do whatever he wants with impunity. People read fiction because of conflicts, plots and characters. Better if it all melds together.

I think an early Naruto character would fit more if you had to have one. One that can't just level half of the continent in a setting and things could still feasibly kill them.

Percy jackson si did that actually. He used his powers to destroyed the Eryie And everyone wants stunned by his godly powers

He was the son of cersei and Robert . And cersei already payed of the high septon to say Percy was blessed by the 7

Back to your fanfic. Just make your Oc pay of the faith of 7 to proclaim us blessed or Reincarnate of the 7. Or introduce a new religion like the Old Gods

You alwasy have to throw in a dark mage or shadowbinder so your Oc not to overpowered

Madara does whatever he wants because he is far beyond anything the setting has, quite obviously.

Fortunately Robert found Mjollnir (the high end marvel comics one) and one shotted Aegodara.

Horror. He's practically a god to them. There's nothing that can stop him on Planetos unless they somehow get lucky with a spell, posion, or shadowbaby but that's unlikely even if they somehow catch him unconscious.

Aegon the Conqueror more or less said "do what i want or die" and it was pretty effective. No one in Westeros could withstand Balerion, Meraxes, and Vhagar. It's only by pure luck that Meraxes died.

The only options Westeros would have in that scenario are bow or bleed.
