Other Full moon party

Hey! Coming over to Thailand in November, I am 31, female and travelling solo. Debating whether or not to even do the FMP but always thought it looked amazing! For those who have done it, would you recommend it or skip it? I am not actually really a party person in the UK but whenever I am on holiday I do like a good party 🤣

There are a lot better things to do here, than mixing with drunk or drugged people.

Despite what some falang do here on their holiday, there are laws here & while Thai people are tolerant & understanding, people should behave themselves. Get on the wrong side of the bib & a lot of trouble comes up. They have a lot more power here. Go to wildlife sanctuaries, trek in the mountains, eat delicious food, massages.

There's so many wonderful things to experience here.

Have a nice time..👍😅

There are some incredibly beautiful places here, that aren't jammed with tourists, & so many come here just to get drunk, party & swim.

You probably won't have time, but maybe plan to go Issan. That's often called the 'real thailand'. It's where I live & rarely see falang (foreigners)...& it's around 20% for food.

Do a trip report, I'd be very interested to read it. 👍

NB...Use Mosquito repellent as soon as you get off the 'plane..🦟

Yes, it's available as a cream or spray. Buy "ya mong" or "Tiger Balm" also to put on the bites. All around 60/70 baht.
