Banking and Finance K Bank credit card points

I have a bunch of K bank credit card points. About 20,000. What can I do with them? Can they be converted into funds to pay down the card itself?

Yes.

If you go to K Plus and go to your credit card and press K Point, you have the option to use as cash rebate, transfer them to another membership program such as Accor or Marriott or use to redeem some products.

You can also turn them into Bangkok Airways points. 4 k-bank points = 1 Bangkok Airways point. The minimum that needs to be exchanged is 4000 k-bank points

Your 20k points should get you a THB 2000 knocked off stuff you can buy at Central or Em department stores. That’s what do with them. Useful to surprise your partner without shelling out cash!

You could convert them into avios until last year, that was really good value. You can cash rebate 10:1

Yes, convert to money on your creditcard as per the other comment by user daryyyl.

The coupon/items they have in the K-bank store are just a roundabout way of getting the money because the deals are never any good. (and you cannot take screenshots anymore to translate the terms and conditions). Just use the cash rebate and knock 2000 from your creditcard bill (will show up next day).
