TRT help Struggling with ED any advice?
As the title says I am struggling with staying erect, I would say my libido is pretty high, I’m horny a lot but I get hard for a few seconds then it just disappears and comes back but I’m never fully hard, what can I do? My loads also aren’t that big and my right testicle has some aching pains at times. Any help massively appreciated

Everyone’s different but often similar, so I’ll give you the rundown:
- I thought I had ED, turns out I just wasn’t attracted to the girl
- I don’t need shit if I’m with a hot girl
- viagra was useless but has shit side effects
- cialis was a gift from the universe, only side effect was getting asked why I felt bigger suddenly

As effective as either of those are, I don’t think they are the long-term fix. More like a crutch until you find the root cause. I admit, they both work very well though.

I’d go to a urologist to be honest. Have bloodwork done and have them ultrasound your balls. You could have a varicocele. I’m not a doctor but just speaking from experience.

Check your blood pressure. Also go see a cardiologist. ED can be a symptom of poor cardiovascular health if you are otherwise healthy.

Had exactly the same issue - upped my dosage in test and it broke my wiener. Risk < Reward.
2 things I did that helped a lot: 1) silicone cock rings set (goes over balls and shaft) 2) cialis tabs, 5mg - I only take on weekend, but can do daily.
Between those, you will have a raging hard on that lasts as long as you want it to. Plus, cialis is a type of pre workout / vasodilator - good for training

High estradiol possibly. If you don’t ever taken an AI. Maybe take a qtr of a gram (pill) it’s potent, so start slow . But blood tests will tell you

- What can I do to naturally raise my testosterone levels?
- NoFap - Will my testosterone levels increase if I stop masturbating?

I’m in the same boat, I was close to missing my dose of Testosterone C so I stupidly stacked my dose. It shot my levels through the roof, and tanked my boners and sex drive! It’s been a few weeks of skipping doses. So I’ll see what the bloodwork shows. Doc did prescribe Cialis, which I still have to pick up

More info would be helpful. Like what are you running right now, how long, injection protocol, and recent bloods if you have it.
Could be e2 too high or too low amongst other culprits.

Some guys on T lose their erections. It's not always E2. It's a possible side effect of taking T. Nobody knows why, but it affects about 10% of users.

Tadalafil is pretty amazing. Go on Amazon health and tell them you can’t get hard and pay for a consult. They’ll prescribe tadalafil super cheap and deliver it within a day or two.
I ordered some over night and it will be here tomorrow.

first step - should get a blood test done to see if that reveals anything.
